Free wifi Program?

i need a program with free wifi on it that i can download from the net, my hp wireless isnt working anymore and i dont know y, if you know what would fix it that would be good aswell, when i click on the wireless assistant nothing happens. i have a hp presario v6000

Uninstall it and use windows own wifi wizard.
