I have attended AA meetings, have taken our patients to AA meetings and have very proudly welcomed former patients who have remained clean and sober for many many years with the help of AA. It's not the only answer to the deadly affects of alcoholism, but it certainly has helped a lot of people.

No, but to the other meetings, of family members who know an Alcoholic person. It was depressing but helpful at the time to understand, what my uncle was going through. Suddenly, I understood really a lot of things.

I don't have a problem Johnny i on occasion have a drink or 2 well maybe 7 in the evenings. they are just quitters. now are you coming over with the keg or not?

I have never been, would love to but first i got to be an alcoholic. i don't condone drinking and driving though, so if most are drunk drivers then i will probably cuss all of them out.

Nope. Never been. I don't consider myself an alcoholic. Just someone who drinks a lot everyday.
