I'm really embarrassed to answer this, but the ten points are very tempting, too.
I've heard the two and believe "I've got nerve" is better because it's more upbeat and catchy. Those type of songs are not at all what I listen to, but I do occassionally catch myself singing to them when my younger sister is watching it.

i dont like hannah montana she is a wanna be has been!!!just because someone is on a tv how doesnt mean they get to get a huge contract with someone. she sucks!!!!
