5x^2+11x+2 / 5x+1
5x^2+10x+x+2 / 5x+1
5x(x+2)+1(x+2) / (5x+1)
(5x+1)(x+2) / (5x+1)

cancelling out 5x+1 both in the numerator & denominator
x+2 is the answer

first, simplyfy the numerator: 5x^2 +11x +2

(5x+1)(x+2) --> you have to guess and check to do this part, but you can guess one of the terms is 5x+1 so it will cancel with the denominator

the (5x+1) cancel, and you are left with...

x+2
