In the first place if you are asking about so called man made Global Warming its all a farce to empower the power control people who want to control every part of your life. They'll tax you in the name of saving the Earth and charge you every time you turn around to help clean up the Ozone and etc.
If you believe in God you must know that He is all powerful and Perfect and being so he doesn't make anything that man can destroy. He set things in motion and that motion is everlasting. We have had Global Warming for hundred of thousands of years. If we hadn't had this occurrence then we would still be under layers of ice which was known as the Ice Age.Use your common sense. Look around you and observe.Look up Global Warming on Goggle to see how many contradictions you find.
Al Gores' movie has a disclaimer on it that it is flawed and he was given a humanitarian award by supposed intelligent people. DUH!!!!!!!

Pipe seawater over a mountain range.

Use solar-thermal power to desalinate the water on the dry (AKA rain-shadow) side of the mountains.

Irrigate crops with the desalinated water and pour the brine from the desalination process into shallow evaporation pans to remove the remaining water.

Spread the resulting salt crystals on the desert.

Two ways?

The white salt on the darker desert soil increases the earth's albedo to help offset the decrease caused by polar ice melting (and your solar collectors! ;).

At the same time, the transpiration of the irrigated crops increases the local humidity and that moisture ultimately condenses downwind, which increases cloud cover. The additional cloud cover also contributes to increased planetary albedo and lower global temperatures- not to mention blooming deserts.

In your spare time you might also use a portion of the solar energy to grind rocks and spread the rock powder in the forests and croplands. The minerals in the rock powder contribute to healthier microorganisms in the soil, which contribute to healthier plants, which in turn remove more carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. (Either we do it bit-by-bit, or the next ice age will produce glaciers. If we go that route, the GLACIERS will handle the rock grinding and THEY will replenish the soil on a global scale.)

Ultimately, we either learn to modulate & control planetary albedo and soil fertility- or forever be subject to Milankovitch ice-age cycles.

In the near term, though, the principal thing we can do is to generate great gobs of solar-thermal electricity, which you use to electrolyze brine to make sodium hydroxide. Solid sodium hydroxide is fused and further electrolyzed into rods of sodium metal.

Power your vehicles with steam-turbine-powered electric motor-generators driven by the steam generated when water reacts with the sodium rods. The only byproduct is sodium hydroxide, which is reprocessed into more sodium rods (plus fresh water and oxygen). Result: stored power densities on the same order as gasoline with no harmful emissions.

How’s THAT for a new world order?!

You can use the system of the Venezuelan dictator Yugo Chabez. He have a freezer to introduce many other countries inside. He also have a mico-oven to warm the friend regimes like the Iranian, Cuban, Bolivian, NorthKorean. As you see, he is a little krazy.

Stop burning fossil fuel.
Birth control

The problem with asking such a question is that it is already too late. If we were to stop EVERYTHING that is causing global warming tomorrow it would continue until the year 2060, it is a process that is already in motion, true we can lessen the impact after 2060 by reducing greenhouse gas emissions, but it is too little too late.

That's right!
We didn't start global warming and we won't stop it, if it exists at all.

Use public transport wherever possible (or even walk) - don't use your car (which of course should be economical with its fuel) unless you NEED to, and/or it's a long distance.

Turn off electrical appliances (including lights etc) when not in use - standby is not off! Also, you should unplug chargers when they're not charging.

Well, I currently have 50 leaky air conditioners hooked up in my back yard. They don't seem to cool down anything unless you stand right in front of them, but I remain optimistic. Sooner or later it will make a dent and cool this planet down.
