great question. i'm constantly finding for the terrific gyro too. I used to stay in Denver and that i've got been to Pete's. very stable, somewhat after bar. :P Parthenon in Madison, WI is amazingly stable too. I stay in chicago now and between the terrific gyro eating places lost their lease years in the past. Tragic.
