It is absolutely normal and everybody does it for most of their lives, the ones who say they don't are liars. It is said to reduce the risk of prostate cancer so that must be a good thing.

No, in fact some studies suggest that frequent ejaculations may decrease your chances of getting prostrate cancer. And one certainly can't catch a STD from solo sex!
