Im the farthest from being Emo but I like Avenged Sevenfold. Im not into their early metalcore stuff but more into their songs from city of evil. Do you consider them emo?

Emo is such an old be conscious. human beings call them posers because of the fact their song is mainstream friendly. they're enjoying song that they opt for to play and individuals are enjoying it- there is not something incorrect with that, notably on condition that they're truly experienced at enjoying song and making a music and arranging songs, different than some artists accessible today, people who call their photograph "emo" are people who care greater approximately photograph than approximately song- so screw those human beings. i will circulate onstage and play bare if it capacity i'm getting to play what i opt for. so a techniques as their song, it has emotion, yet not all unfavorable emotion. like you I like Avenged Sevenfold and I'm not Emo (well maybe just a bit) but I don't think the band is. I just like the music.

Not at all, emo is just used to describe every band on the radio today. The term emo as a genre of music has lost all meaning.

They are no where near being an emo band. They are more of a rock/hard rock band.

to a certain extent like the way they dress I would say they are emo but I am with you, I hate emo bands (and people) but I still like A7X

Absolutely NOT nowhere near it but I really love their song "Welcome to the Family" and "Nightmare"
