I live in Arizona and absolutely hate my apartment complex they have broken into our car twice and there are fights outside our window everynight, is there anything i can do, lease up in may I can't take it, if I decide to move out before that then I have to continue to pay rent until the apartment is rented and seriously it aint gonna happen.

Send a certified letter, signature required to the landlord/owner and any manager and make your compliant.
The car is nothing you can do about that. I was in a similar situation and I sent 3 letters with no resolution, so I just moved and I informed them I was loosing sleep and was not told I moved in a party building. I never heard anything. I left it clean and better than I moved in. I included I am in sales and need my rest and the noise and partying was causing me sales that I nor they could afford if we go to court..

The other two posters are quite correct. When your lease is set to expire, provide the required advance notice that you will not be renewing, and find other premises to rent.

other than making complaints to the management of the complex and calling the police, there isnt anything that you can do (you already know that) unfortunately your stuck until your lease is out. hang in there!
