I`m afraid I don`t know what an "orc" is...so..crazy to reply???...naw..2 pts.

well... one can't be too sure. The dumb ignorant orc just might be better off because he'd be too ignorant to know how to manage an army but then invaders will seep in and take over. He might also be so ignorant he might ruin the economy and burn our whole ally list leaving us on the cold hard ground. On the other hand, the smart guy will know how to make the beings suffer and die.
I think I'll take my chances with the no- brainer.
But then again, we can all go to Rivendell where we can have a nice cup of tea with lembas!
