Nihillism allows you to dig a deep hole, and essentially bury yourself. Don't fall in the trap.
The most obvious answer is faith. For a Nihillist, though, it's impossible to even think about- since all of that has been lost. So... do research. Study religion and philosophy. Chances are, you'll find something that hits home to you. Then, what you do is defend it with all your life.
Nihillism falls to itself after a while. If you don't see a purpose, create one. Find something you're positively passionate about- and speak to the world. There's nothing more empowering than knowing you've helped someone else accomplish THEIR purpose. You'll end up learning more, too.
Don't waste your life believing it's pointless, especially since it's sole purpose is to find the point.

Walk outside and feel the breeze. Wiggle your toes. Walk down the street smiling at pretty members of the opposite sex. Hum your favorite song. Don't take things so seriously. Just enjoy life. Enjoy being alive.
