We eat sheep, goat, and rabbit frequently, of course we raise them on our farm.

Bear, moose, elk, with bear being the most unusual.

Raw oysters (prefer them cooked).

octopus (very tastey, but chewy).

Wild alpine strawberries, at ten thousand feet elivation (and trout from the lake up there).

Shark and eel...eel is wonderful, shark not so much.

cheese made from yak milk (very good).

Wild honey (wonderful).

I'm sure there are a few things I'm not thinking of, but that will have to do.

Not much I haven't eaten. Raccoon, opossum, snake, bear, octopus (live), I've been to a few third world countries, so it's hard telling what I've actually eaten.

Moose and it was very tender but lacked a distinct flavor so it took on the taste of the sauce that it was served with.
