This is a ridiculous question.
To be a lawyer, you have to finish high school with outstanding grades. Then you need to go to university or college for a mimimum of 2 years and get straight A's. Typically 3-4 years and get an undergraduate degree, FIRST.
THEN, you need to write what is known as the LSAT.
This is the Law School Admission Test. And is a very tough exam involving argument logic, mathematical logic and other topics.
THEN, You have to apply for and get accepted to LAW SCHOOL. To get accepted, you will need to be getting amazing grades in university AND and amazing score on the LSAT..competition for Law School is fierce. B's will NOT get you into law school.
THEN, you need to to go to LAW SCHOOL for 3 full years.
Once again, LAW SCHOOL ITSELF IS 3 YEARS,
THEN, you need to article for a lawyer, or work with a law firm of lawyer for a minimum of a year
THEN, you need to write and pass a rigorous set of test called the BAR exam so you can get LICENSED to be a LAWYER.
.
Do you understand what I am talking about....you need to do ALL of this before you can be a lawyer. Now, some things that are important to do at age 16 if you want to be a lawyer, are community service, volunteering, getting involved with the debating team, and maybe even calling a lawyer and telling himm that being a lawyer is your life long ambition, and can he hire you to do part time work in his office, or maybe you can volunteer to do work..that will at least give you the ability to see what a lawyer actually does. Also, if you have a court house in your town, you can go to watch any trial that you want..they are all open to the public.
And last..keep your back up :) People tend to hate lawyers..mainly because they charge like 500 dollars an hour...now you know why!!! You have to keep you nose clean as well kids that get arrested for anything do NOT get into law school.
She can't do anything now that has to do with the law. Period.

Step One - Get an undergraduate degree. Political Science, History, or English are good majors.
Step Two - Go to law school and get a law degree.
Step Three - Pass the Bar Exam.
Voila! You're a lawyer. Lace up your Nikes and start chasing ambulances.
This only applies in the US. It may be different elsewhere.
