Lover, you're MUCH too young to be worried about your breasts.

Most women don't start to develop until AFTER they begin their first period because thats when the hormones begin to riot. [If you will].

Flat chestedness isn't hereditary, my mother was a 32B cup her entire life and I'm a 36C cup.

Dont worry about it, they'll show up whenever your body reaches middle maturity for your age. I didn't get mine until the 8th grade, and I'm now a senior in high school.

Most women typically stop developing when you're 18, so I'd say you've got a lot of time left.

you will develop once you start your period, and even couple years into it. While it does tend to be genetic, it doesn't mean you are stuck with one sized chest.

Yes you have to still mature. When you begin to have your period your body will start to mature. So you never know ! In some cases chest sizes can be heredity but not always.

uhmm everyones body is different. but you could have a body like your mother. if you havent hit puberty then you can still have development, you can still have development after that. i am 16 and i am still flat chested, it all depends on the individual.

dont worry. if you havent started your period yet then you have a lot of time to develope...yes sometimes it will be embarrassing but just give it time. you will eventually mature..trust me. and starting your period isnt the greatest thing either. even if you think it will be because you mature with your body. its not once you start.

It isn't all about heredity.

My family were all C's, I ended up a J cup.

You grow into your 20's so please don't worry about your breast size.
