If I am still lightly bleeding from my c-sec have I ovulated yet? Can I get pregnant? My baby is 4 weeks on monday.

Yes. You can get pregnant again, though it's unlikely if you're nursing. Better get some birth control if you're not ready for a new bouncing bambino!

Are you still bleeding after giving birth? If so, no you're not ovulating just yet.

With my first, I bled for 12 weeks. And with my 2nd, I only bled for 8 weeks.

If you are nursing without any supplementation of formula at all, I would say you are not yet ovulating.

Don't take any chances. My first period came 6 wks after the birth, and I was breastfeeding constantly.

Yes, you have ovulated, it will be thrown slightly off schedule by birth, but it still happens. Yes, you can get pregnant during this time. If you are breastfeeding, you will pause your monthly cycles, meaning, you won't get a regular period until after you stop breastfeeding.
