Wow, sounds like a philosophy question. Well, everything I see relates to me in some way, shape or form, even if I read about it, see it on the computer or Tv. After all, we all relate to everything that we are exposed to. And we have some kind of opinion about everything too.

If it's of importance to me, and if I feel that something would be beneficial, I will definately ask. If it is something that I feel will have no effect in my life, then i'll kind of wonder, or probably not even bother because so many other things consume my mind that are of relevance to me.

Since you asked this in the family category, there are some things I need to know, but if no one is sharing certain things with me, then I will butt out until someone wants me to know. I don't even need to know everything about family. I won't nose in until I get a signal that I need to be included.

I do assume that most of what I see has to do with me or some what about me. I try not to worry to much about most of it. You have to figure even stuff you see on TV.. like the news. it may not be exactly about you, but figuratively speaking it can be about you life, and you may learn something from it.

I would ask if i felt i needed to.

it depends on how it feels...if i think i just came in late and missed something i'll ask.

if it feels like it was something personal i'll wait to see if they tell me, if not i just let it go.
