net use \\server\share /user:domain\username password

to map a share on server 1 to drive S: for user name bill in domain name "domain" with password billiscool:
net use s \\server1\share /user:domain\bill billiscool

If no domain, use the machine name of the server computer and make sure that Bill has a user account there with permissions to access that folder

Dunno which operating system you use, but if it is Windows you may want to check out the "net" command. To get its usage, type "net use /?" in your command prompt.
