I'm going to assume you're talking about endometriosis. Yes it is possible. It's much harder but it is possible.

I believe you mean Endometriosis. Yes it is possible. I had a friend that had a baby and she had a sever case if Endometriosis

It is only impossible if the endometriosis has gone into the fallopian tubes. If is hasn't then there's no reason why not.
