A worm in general would move faster. But keep in mind that the true worms are nematodes.

depends on where they are, a snail can be fast as hell when they are underwater (compaired to worms) but the worm is faster underground.


when they are on plain land, i believe the worm due to the fact that it has a special muscle movement that allows it to work better on land just in case

a worm becuase worms tend to slither like snake ans snails just take their time.
