If men carried the fetuses, I think there would be many more abortions. Most men would be less sentimental about it and would see abortion as the more practical alternative. I'm not a chauvinist and I'm not trying to stereotype the sexes, but women are socialized and their brains are designed to be more socially concerned and emotionally aware than men. Don't like it, blame God or natural selection, whichever suits your fancy. For the fetuses' sake, it good that women carry the babies.

Something in the order of 70% of conceptions abort naturally, mostly without the woman being aware she has conceived. Medical abortions are a drop in the ocean in comparison with natural abortions. I doubt it would make any difference to the number whether it was men or women who carried the foetus.

If men could get pregnant I think things would be to different for people to be as worried about abortions. But I guess there would be more.

More. Men are naturally more selfish and less emotional. Heck, the human population would probably die out if it were up to men to have children.

There would probably be more. Men don't have the same maternal instincts. Thats why butcher is typically a male's job. Thank you for your attempt at logic
