If you file charges on someone, and not show for none of the court dates?

Yes, and in some cases you can also face additional criminal charges. If you have a case which you failed to appear in the best option is to contact the court and see if a bench warrant was issued. If so, you may want to see if the court also allows you to appear in court to "quash" not "squash" the warrant so you don't get arrested when you don't expect it. Each court is different and each state/jurisdiction is also different.

If you were summoned to appear in court, yes. If you filed the charges, you probably weren't summoned, but you won't win the case.

If you have been subpoenaed to appear, you may be held in contempt of court and you could be sentenced to time in jail.

Yes you can. It is called "Failure to Appear." Usually, there must be a subpoena, but there ARE other circumstances under which you can be jailed for FTA.
