San Francisco Guild and Library?

Hello! I'm a knitter living in the East Bay but I'm gathering information on guilds. Is there a formal membership and dues? Do you have a lending library? What's the scoop?

I don't know the answer, but you might get more information by putting the word *knitting* in the subject line of your question since there are guilds for all kinds of things.
Or you could ask in the geographical regions category, there's probably one for San Francisco or Northern California or Bay Area.
