Getting hit there does hurt a female but it is not nearly as incapacitating for her as it is for a male. When he gets hit in the groin, my husband will drop to the floor and roll around. I may just double up but it doesn't hurt me so bad that I will actually fall to the floor in pain.

Of course it would hurt. It would hurt getting hit anywhere, but the genitals are the most sensitive area of our bodies so yes it hurts very much and I speak from painful experience...

False, it definitely hurts. Not as much as it would hurt a man (I assume), it is the price you pay for exposed genitals.

It hurts them, I'd assume (using logic), but just 'not as much' as it does guys... catch them at a precise area and I'd bet it hurts just as much.
