Rick is right. Anytime you do major work to the front end, it is always advisable to get the front end aligned.

If you have had it aligned in the past with a lifetime warranty on it, they might well honor that warranty to get it redone.

If you are going through the expense of getting the hub and spindle replaced, add the extra few dollars and get it done right.

It's a good idea, especially if your tires are in good shape. If not, then wait until you get new tires.
