Another toughie, but I'll try:
John: #9 Dream - the sound fits the title. Very dreamy, beautiful melody. I don't know why, but I always think of the day he died when I hear this.
Paul: SO many! Probably Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey (I remember hearing it at JFK airport the year it came out)
George: My Sweet Lord (probably his signature solo song. I love everything about it. When I was around 19, a 50 year old guy told me he actually cried when he 1st heard this song. That moved me.
Ringo: It don't Come Easy (I think George wrote or produced this one for him. You really can hear George's stamp on it)

John - Watching The Wheels
Paul - Letting Go
George - Give Me Love (Give Me Peace on Earth)
Ringo - It Don't Come Easy
Fonzie T, I agree with #9 Dream, great song of him reflecting on his career as a Beatle and his life in general. And Yes, love Badfinger, first band to be signed with Apple.
