I really like this Poncho Caplet thing (not sure what its called) and i would like to replicate it. If anybody knows how to make this or anything very similar please help me out! Oh and im not sure if its crochetted or Knitted. Thank you!!

I think the word you are looking for is "capelet", meaning small cape. Since it's a designer item, you'll have to be creative and experienced if you want to copy it. How about if you use the bottom pattern of this one, all the way up, and just keep going, without additional decreasing, for the collar part?

It looks like it is crochet, but the pattern is very hard to see to tell you how many stitches you have to do to accomplish that pattern. If you would have a closer picture, that would be much easier. But like the link above with the caplet would be one choice, but doesn't look at good as the one in the picture. The yarn used in the picture looks like alpaca or any other fine fingerling yarn.
