I'd boycott the place. Seriously, what else can you do? He has not committed a crime but his intentions sure do not seem honest.

The only boss who has a right to ask employees to dress sexy is a strip club owner.

Maybe, maybe not. you use the terms revealing and sexy interchangeably. Since you mention that the business is a burger joint you seem to be suggesting that it is not an adult type of business ala hooters or a hooters wanna be. In any event. the owner is on thin ice. Not knowing the age of the teens, and again you suggest the employees are "teen help" I would think that the request is inappropriate.

I think that what is sexy to you may or may not be sexy to me. Revealing again is subjective. The answer is diffucult to say, but I would say- no- the boss has no business requesting employees wear more revealing clothes.

NO! I am actually pretty sure that can be used as sexual harrassment especially if they are underage! That is a big no no. I don't think any job can really require you to wear like certain clothes unless it is the uniform or you work in a clothing store and you need to wear clothes from that store. The only way a boss to ask you wear more "sexy" clothes is if you work at hooters or something and that is considered the uniform. If this is happenening to you or your friends I would let somebody know because that isn't right.

Well , seeing a lot of young girl`s dressed the way they do now if they were any more revealing they would be nude ): , my serious answer is that if any business owner has to rely on the help to dress `revealing` in order to improve the business hes got a serious problem and l suggest that the writer find another job opportunity where common sense prevail`s , it doesn`t say anything good about the intrigity of the owner , saranora dnear

The boss can get stuffed, thats crap. And the girl should claim sexual harrassment. The sexy clothing wouldnt be good for business, just good for the pervert of a boss.

What do you mean by using reveling? Like v-necks and tanks? Any who i think of it might all count on how his physique is. i does not prefer to be certain a flabby dude positioned on a tank-desirable. yet On a skinny guy it could be lovable. i'm unable to stand seeing adult males positioned on Shorts over their knee.

This is blatent sexual harrassment. Record him requesting it, sue him, buy the resturant out from under him, and serve a buger that speaks for itself so, no one will have to worry if the girl behind the counter looks like.

I think if you work for a so-called "gentlemen's club," then they probably could. As for a drive-up burger joint, if they're driving up, they're not planning to stick around for entertainment. The boss should take a hike.

If it is not Hooters or a place like that, with a uniform, and the waitresses are primarily minors, it is definitely wrong, inappropriate, and illegal. Somebody should report him. More than one person should complain, in fact, to the Equal Opportunity Commission in your town.

It's really up to the person who he is asking....

The person being asked the question should ask the boss for MORE MONEY if they will be showing MORE SKIN....

Feel me?

DOH - Sorry, I didn't catch the TEEN part -- NO if it's a TEEN that is absolutely wrong.
