Is it the joining of Big Government and Big Business a threat to your personal liberty? Could it be that global corporations don't need to control your religion or your speech or your guns? They don't need to send obvious signs like having thugs in big boots beat you down or having black helicopters kidnap your family members in the night. Maybe all they need to do is buy off our politicians, send our jobs overseas, force both parents to work (instead of one) at lower paying jobs, set up illegal trade policies, put only Chinese made trash in our stores, and convince us that at the end of a 10 hour work day it's whoever buys the most of toys that wins?

American multinational corporations for the most part are strangling us, we're being held hostage by corporate America. Think not? Were you able to see the Packers/Cowboys game last night? I wasn't I don't have the NFL network, along with most of America. Six multinational corporations own the media. Does that sound liberal to you? Three or four big phone companies, five or six oil companies, giant insurance and health care companies, trade agreements that are totally unfair to American workers, am I really supposed to compete with a sixteen year old girl in China making thirty five cents an hour? We're herded like sheep and pay any price demanded from these corporations all the while their profits keep growing and executive compensation is obscene.

Sounds about right...

Those that convinced us that we need to do what is right for Wall St. not Main St. are the really tyrants.

Look at our tax system. If you work hard and make a decent living you pay 15-33% in taxes. But you sit and buy and sell stocks you pay 10%...

For profit: insurance, health care, IRA management ... all it does is make Wall Steeters richer.

Now they are pushing us to privatetise our social security. Who is going to have a better retirement if we do that? Wall St. or Main St.

Yes, it is happening. Right now the Federal Reserve is bailing out the greedy bankers who swindled foolish Amerians into purchasing variable rate mortgages. It will contine the decline of the dollar, and increase inflation, but our govt just has to bail out those rich scumbags no matter how guilty and undeserving they are!
