When they talk to you imagine them wearing simple clothes like shorts, t- shirts, under wears. That works

One good way to not feel so intimidated by higher ups is every time you see them whether they are in front of you or across the room, imagine them in their underwear. This works because your mind lets you see them in a different light and you began to see them as just an ordinary person.
I thought it was crazy when I first heard about it but I tried it and it worked for me.
My best,
Hope

I know what you mean. I think things will change with time. Someday you might be the one with authority. Listen more than you talk and work hard. You'll get the confidence and knowledge to see them as just another person doing a job.

Most bosses like when an employee gets nervous around them they think of it as respect. As long as they don't belittle you or put you down in anyway its OK.
