How much is the old town kopitiam franchise fee?

Again arguing with friends about the topic of franchise fee.... they insist the franchise fee of old town kopitiam is about 1 million..... i mean please be rational..... i had surf through the web and knew that even mc donald franchise fee only worth 1.5million to 3.5million rm.... and again i checked the forum and knew from someone that the franchise fee of old town kopitiam is just 300k.... but i not sure the exact figure.... can some one send me the official website for old town kopitiam?
or can someone tell me the approximate figure of the above mentioned brand franchise fee?

I don't know about Oldtown Kopitiam since I'm not from Ipoh, but I heard that the Ya Kun Kaya Toast franchise fee is about SGD30,000.
