Probably 11:30-11:45, although that's an approximation. They last about as long as professional game, perhaps slightly shorter because there are not as many stoppages or TV timeouts.

11 should do it. They should play 3 twenty minute periods with 5 minutes between each.
Given time for timeouts and play stoppages for icing, etc., 90-100 minutes should be about right.

I don't know about other places but in pennsylvania varsity games have 15:00min periods and typically last an hour and a half.
