Work on strengthening your leg muscles! That's where you get all your leverage. It's also the first thing to go. Start a running regime, and/or start using a stationary bike. Your body will remember how to throw hard, you just have to get the strength back.
If you try to throw harder just using your upper body, you will alter your mechanics and wreck your arm in no time.
Unless you want to be playing softball for the rest of your life, start with your legs and work your way up.

Depending on how ancient you're your body has distinctive limits and while that you'll enhance with lifting weights very moderately, I consider you will have to acquire that you simply comfortably cant and wont be ready to throw a 90 8 mph fastball. Instead, potentially attempt to broaden a well breaking pitch so as to even be comfortably as robust if now not additional strong than a quite rapid fastball.
