tried to stab my friend but he ran ans came to me and placed it on my throat than-the kid with the glass- left and we toled our dean...Blah Blah Blah he got 10 days of suspension but yesterday I got called by the dean to report to the main office to talk to a Police Officer and asked me again what happened and she said that the boy who threatened my friend and I was going to get charges for criminal assault and today after school
my mom toled me that the cops came and toled her that I had to report to court and so did my friend......

It is a serious charge, you have nothing to worry about as long as you stay with the truth. Don't waste sympathy on the assailant, perhaps serious disciplinary action now will prevent bigger problems later. Criminal assault is a felony, but if the perpetrator is a juvenile, punishment will be much less than it would be for an adult, and most likely will not be on his record.

No your not it trouble, your a witness/victim. In order to convict someone of this crime they need witnesses who have to tell their story to a jury and then a jury decides.

First of all ....it's "told" ...not toled

second ...you are just going to testify to what happened. The fact that he had a weapon makes it a criminal assault.
