I have Compaq presario s4020wm and for RAM it only works with DDR not DDR2---does this have anythin to do with Video Cards workin with GDDR2?
plz help

Nope. a GFX card can use whatever memory it wants. Its completely separate to your system memory

As long as your card fits in your PC it will be fine.

the ddr2 is the video ram. it has nothing to do with system ram. i would be more concerned if you have the right slot for the card depending on if its agp or pci-e x16
