I honestly can't answer that because I'm not very sure about how the other countries are handled. I would say USA, but that's because thats the only country i have ever really lived in. I have been to other countries, but never really got to understand it. USA is probably the best place for tourists... france & italy are definitely not very welcoming, they do NOT like americans. They give obscene signals and hang rude posters in the streets, not to mention pick-pocket.

Ever been to the Netherlands...that is the the most truly free country I have ever been and I have been to lots of countries. Dam that place is amazing and I hope to go again soon...NOT for the Pot by the way. I abhor the stuff.

England RULEZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! England is the greatest country on Earth!!!!!!!!!!!! They have nice people, fresh air, a proud history, and such cool perfect temperature that you never get sweaty and tired and you don't have to waste money on air conditioning!!!!
