They both can be equally dangerous. In the US, I believe the left wing fringe has more power and is capable of doing the Country more harm, so at this time, I feel the left fringe is more dangerous in this Country.

theyare both dangerous - take a look at history. Hitler was the right wing fringe and Stalin was the left wing fringe. Both killed millions.

The left-wing fringe. Because they have demonstrated time and again they have no interest in open and intellectual debate. Their only goal is to silence the opposition and force others to live as they want.
Examples of this include the hijacking of the Minuteman speech at Columbia University, physical attacks on Ann Coulter, silencing of Bill Kristol at college speeches. Riots at the WTO meetings, burning SUVs at dealerships, etc.

The right-wing fringe because they blow up clinics and gay night clubs, kill doctors, and blow up federal buildings. Timothy McVeigh, for example, was a registered Republican and a former NRA member. I think he took Reagan's "government is not the solution. it is the problem" a little bit too far.
Then you got the white supremecists and neo-nazis burning crosses and torching synogouges.
Could this be one reason why the vast majority of jews vote Democrat?
And this is just in America. Abroad, right-wing islamic fundamentalists stone people to death and even fly airplanes through buildings.

- Naked animal right activists.
- People chaining themselves to trees.
- People throwing oil on fur coats.
- People liberating animals from test facilities. ( I saw a pic of them all covered up in masks with pictures of the dogs they rescued)
