Can you clarify if it is sqrt(2x) / 3 or is it sqrt(2x/3).

If it is option A: sqrt(2x)/3 * sqrt(2x) / 3 = 2x/9

If it option B: sqrt (2x/3), break it into separate square roots:
sqrt(2x)/sqrt(3) and then multiply by sqrt3 on top and bottom to eliminate the radical:

Giving you sqrt(6x)/3
