Lame facebook q, I know.
I just don't want to hurt other people, but I decline to accept their group invitation as I don't believe in what their group stands for.

They will know that you haven't accepted the invitation because you will not show up in the group members list. If you accepted the invitation you would then be in the group and on the list. The person doing the inviting won't get a message which says you didn't accept but they will only need to check the group member list to know that you have not accepted.

Haha, take a seat back, somebody became into probable purely attempting to be humorous :) whilst human beings invite human beings to teams, they oftentimes purely invite all and sundry on their buddies checklist, so they won't have even generic they have been inviting you.
