assuming you meant "Have UFOs ever landed on Earth?"
and "Has anyone really seen an alien?"
no, and no.
Hollywood is the only real source for aliens.
(this question is going on my list for worst proof-reading, hope you don't mind)

A bunch of people say yes, and a bunch say no.
I'm skeptical, I wanna believe no... but, something tells me otherwise.
Those people who live in asia, I think the tribe's name starts with a "D"... not sure, but they look like aliens and have ancient texts and actual plates that look like the UFO's in the NASA space shuttle mission that was videotaped.
Their texts talk about the star "Sirius". They don't say it's called "Sirius", but deductive reasoning based on the information point to "Sirius".
Considering that our sun and Sirius reside in the Orion belt of our galaxy, which is the only habitable part I know, the idea isn't that far-fetched.
So, Maybe... Maybe not.
Who knows.
