i used a condom ever time we had sex pulled out before its time for me to nut she says she is 5weeks and a day her last cycle ended on oct 29 she called me the frist time and said she was pregnant on the 30 i didn't start having sex with her until the second week of october

You could be the father. If her period ended AFTER you two started having sex and you don't doubt her faithfulness, then she got pregnant this cycle and the baby is yours. If she is 5wks 1day, then she conceived about 3wks 1day ago, during the time you two were sexually active.

I'm assuming you're trying to figure out if you're the father?
If she started seeing you , and only you in October, and she had a period in Sep. You're the father. Did you use a condom the entire time? I mean before you were ever inside her. And not just no condom for a little bit, and then put one on.
The cycle ends and starts over the first day of the period (which by what you are saying means in reality her period started on the 29th). So are you meaning that her last period ended on the 29th?
If you are the only person she's been with since October, sorry dear you're the father. Unless, you're not the only person she's been with, and she's been sleeping around with other, then of course that's a whole other ball game.

Haha, you have the same name as my baby's father. I had to explain this same stuff to him when I told him I was 5 weeks pregnant because 5 weeks prior I had been in Mexico, not here with him. But here's the thing. When a women concieves, she is already considered two weeks pregnant. So really, the sex happened ABOUT three weeks ago that concieved the baby. If she's been faithful to you through this whole month, then the baby is yours. But there's always a DNA test available. Good luck!

well if she is 5 weeks she got prego sometime the begining of november so most likely yours if you started sleeping with her in october...if her cycle ended on the 29th it started probebly around the 23/24th. you calculate from the first day of your last period to get how far along you are, and that would match up. however she wouldnt have been able to find out untill around her next cycle time, maybe a week ago or so.

I'm not being mean but dna test if she loves you she'll understand. But dont get me wrong im not saying dont claim this baby at all cause the truth is you did sleep with her but you really should make sure the baby is yours cause that's to close together and she should agree to she should want to. This might sound crazy but i tell my bf anytime you want a dna test go ahead i have nothing to hide and i know how some women are these days and we been together for 2 yrs by then but thats me i can see how sum women might get a little upset but in this case she should agree with you and see if that really is your baby. It will cause less pain in the furture for you and the child.

it only takes one time to get pregnant and condoms aren't 100% foolproof. if her last cycle ended on the 29th then i wouldn't think she's already 5 weeks pregnant, 4 at the most if she got pregnant as soon as it was over. has she been with anyone else?

Its very possible you could be father. Its confusing but doctors base gestation & due dates off of the first day of her last period but actual conception happens about 2 weeks after that. That would put her conception date as somewhere in the first week of November.

1. It only takes one time to get pregnant.
2. Pulling out is not a method of contraception.
3. If you didn't start having relations with her until the 2nd week of October, chances are you are NOT the father. I would get a paternity test when the child is born.

the only way to be sure is to get a paternity test after the baby is born. Condoms are not 100%. so it might be possible... Just stay with her and support her. that's what she needs.

if you had sex with her around 2-3 week of october she was ovulating.. there for it could be yours! since you ovulate about 2 weeks before next period... so good luck have a paterinity test when he/she is born
