EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana has said he is disappointed after talks with Iran on its nuclear programme, as he prepares a report for the UN.
But top Iranian nuclear negotiator Saeed Jalili said the discussions were positive and more would be held.

nice to still see Iran fighting for its FREEDOM and RIGHT and will not back down to western extremists who threaten them

Solana is half way up the @s of the American administration, and hasn`t time to listen to the UN inspectors.
Iran wants nuclear power and have every right to it under the international treaty of non prolification.
If in years to come they start making a move towards developing a bomb, then that is the time to take action.
Lets face it the only country to use the nuke is USA, and the second one was dropped AFTER the surrender of Japan.
Now they have over10,500 such bombs, more than the rest of the world put together.
I have been on holiday in Iran and they are very nice people and openly critisis their own government with no risk of being punished for it.
Some of the ignorant on here ought to get out in the world and take a look for themselves instead of just reading and watching media propaganda..!!

I don't think it's a very good idea for Iran to have nuclear weapons. But it's ALSO not a good idea for Israel to have nuclear weapons. It's not a good idea for India, Pakistan and North Korea to have nuclear weapons. Oh and may I add that the United States has more than anyone? Why don't we threaten war or even sanctions against these other countries?

It's been said that Iran is not even close to having weapons-grade yet. I think 8 years from it according to IAEA. They keep saying what they have is for nuclear power plants. Who knows. I don't. But I know there's a weird double standard and the U.S. is very hypocritical about this whole thing.

I think Iran is where you need to be Kamran. Then see if you can criticize the Iranian gov the way you do the British. You love to enjoy the British hospitality and freedom then attack and blast everything about them that doesn't quite suit your Islamic ideology. Just try going to Iran or any Islamic country and criticize them. You'll find yourself dangling from a crane.

Now think about it for a minute...why do you think the West does not want Iran to have nuclear power.....mmmm...now think about it.............because The Middle East are more than happy to kill each other and therefore they would be quite happy to use a nuclear bomb....whereas the West has nuclear power but has not intention of using a nuclear bomb in war.
