I would like to create my own Background for my computer you know with colors, and all different types of funky and cool pictures! and stuff!! YA! Can someone plz help me! How can you do that?

use paint (start>>all programs>>accesories>>paint...) then make it the color you want paste the pictures in etc. then save it to your desktop/ my documents (wherever you want) and then click (in paint) File>>Set as Desktop Background (tiled)

You can set any image as a desktop background. right click your desktop---> properties --> use the tab that has desktop options, I forget which it is off hand.
To make the image:
Photoshop is a very good program and will do exactly what you need. BUT you can take a semester of college level classes about it and still not know what you are doing, also Photoshop if you don;t already have it will set you back a few pennies.
A very comparable program which is every bit as capable is "The GIMP"

Make your desktop image conform to the aspect ratio of your screen. 4x3 or I think it 16x9.
A good way to get it right is to just use the same image size as your monitor resolution.
