I had a miscarriage a week and a half ago. I was feeling better for about 4 days. Now I feel craping on my left side more then my right. I had very dizzy. I almost fainted today. I am very bloated. I feel sick after I eat. I can not get enough sleep. How long can I expect to feel this way? I just want to feel normal again.

my wife had some issues after we miscarried during the summer. i think post pardum is still a possibility even though it was a miscarry

No, that is not normal. You should call your doctor NOW, explain the symptoms, and go see him (or her) immediately which is what they'll suggest too when they hear the symptoms. I had five miscarriages before having my two children, and these were symptoms the doctors always told me to look out for. If everything did not "come out" (I'm sorry -- I don't know how else to say it) during the miscarriage, which happens sometimes, it can cause infections and other problems that need treatment right away. Please call the doctor ASAP. And having been there, I understand -- I am very, very sorry for your loss.

I would call the doctor hun it seems like you might have lost too much blood that would cause you to faint. I m/c and was tired but that was the depression that made me that way. I would have a checkup just to be safe good Luck

It doesn't sound right to me. You may have an infection. I've had 2 miscarriages and never felt like thsi afterwards. Go and see your doctor ASAP.

I think if you are not feeling well that you should consult a physician. Your body will take time to heal, but serious infections could occur too.

That doesn't seem right. I didn't have any of that. You could maybe have an infection. I would call just to be safe. Sorry...I know it's tough.

if you did not get checked after you may need to. Some times not all of it comes out when miscarrying so you have to get a dnc.

I would call your doctor, you may have some sort of complications. I never had that with any of my miscarraiges. Good Luck.

I had that, and it turned out my body didn't pass everything, and I had to have a D&C done to clear the rest out.
