I am 12 years old! My friend brought it up beccause my teacher mentioned setting off a lazer to move Earth away from the Sun and the lazer had to be at the North pole! My friend said what about Santa? She did not realize that the lazer would not blow up the North Pole! It is now hard to focous on Science! He also said that the North Pole is 100% water, so Santa could not live there!
He could live in
Canada
Alaska
The South Pole

Can't help but laugh on this one. How old are you?
Try focusing on SCIENCE, not SANTA and I'm sure things will work out fine.

First of all, as a teacher your science teacher had no right to say that. Second of all, Believing in Santa comes from your heart. Many people--children and adults alike--believe in Santa. I, as a teacher and an adult, will always believe in Santa. Never let anybody tell you what to believe. Look at these if you want any more proof

Pre-modern representations of the gift-giver from church history and folklore merged with the British character Father Christmas to create the character known to Britons and Americans as Santa Claus. Father Christmas dates back at least as far as the 17th century in Britain, and pictures of him survive from that era, portraying him as a well-nourished bearded man dressed in a long, green, fur-lined robe. He typified the spirit of good cheer at Christmas. The name Santa Claus is derived from the Dutch name for the character based on St. Nicholas. He is also known there by the name of Sint Nicolaas which explains the use of the two fairly dissimilar names Santa Claus and Saint Nicholas or St. Nick.
Saint Nicholas of Myra is the primary inspiration for the Christian figure of Santa Claus. He was a 4th century Christian bishop of Myra in Lycia, a province of the Byzantine Anatolia, now in Turkey. Nicholas was famous for his generous gifts to the poor, in particular presenting the three impoverished daughters of a pious Christian with dowries so that they would not have to become prostitutes. He was very religious from an early age and devoted his life entirely to Christianity.

I'm sorry, but what you are asking for is like asking for proof of god.
Scientifically, there is no proof, although if you ask people, some will say "Look out your window". But that is not proof.
Those who do believe in Santa, take it on faith.
And faith isn't accepted in court.
Then, there are those like me who do not believe in Santa because of proof against him, such as the 'Made In China' label on a gift I once received from 'Santa'.
Anyway, there is no proof to be spoken of (yet, at least),
Selina

HONEY, SANTA IS MAGIC. IT'S GONNA BE KIND OF HARD TO FIND PROOF, BUT WHEN YOU WAKE UP CHRISTMAS MORNING AMD YOU HAVE PRESENTS FROM SANTA THAT IS PROOF ENOUGH. LIKE ALL MAGICAL BEINGS AS LONG ASYOU BELIEVE IN THEM THEN THEY ARE REAL. I'M 30 YEARS OLD AND SANTA STILL COMES TO SEE ME EVERY YEAR. THAT'S MY PROOF.
