Because the Muslims do not want peace. If you had been paying attention, you would have seen where Hamas and the President of Iran both condemned everyone who attended the Peace Conference held this week in Annapolis. They don't want peace, they don't want to be friends, they don't want to be trade partners, they don't want to open up a dialog. They want to destroy the US and make way for the One True Religion (Islam) to rule.

You need to wake up and smell the camel who has his nose in your tent.

Not so long as the Neoconartists, which is to say Zionist Jewish/ Christian Rapturists, are pulling the strings behind the scenes. War with Iran is essential in ensuring that Israel remains the only nuclear power in the middle east despite being non-signatory to the non proliferation treaty.

because it has been a life-long strategy of united states to interfere between conflicting countries and when they are inside that conflict they will help a country, finance it and give military support so that when it wins, they owe a massive gratitude to united states. - this is because they need as much allies as they can get in order to expand its territories, right now i am working in the middle east and all i can say is that united states army is all over the place. for the middle east countries that the united states helped, they are obliged to a have an agreement with it to put a military base in that foreign/arab country in order to "protect" that said country. iran is one of the largest oil producing countries in the world, and they are vulnerable to attacks of their so-called "terrorists." bush used that reason "to protect and to bring democracy" to iran because when it does and they are free from terrorists hands - they owe another massive gratitude to bush - and bush owns texaco (or partly own) its an oil company in his homeland in texas, while they are hunting the terrorists, its obvious that they are not really hunting for terrorists, although they do but most of it they are gathering oil in iran. no wonder they have a large amount of military tanks/trucks in iran because they have all the oils they need.

and its not that i dont care about the lives of the people who died in 9/11, i do, i seriously do, but its not a good thing to retaliate and blow iraq as if people there are worth nothing, i mean lets say hundreds died in 9/11 (i dont know), but everyday they kill hundreds in iraq, everyday! doesnt their lives worth something? i know they are different and im not trying to be biased but its just something im bothered about.

actually, when i went to lebanon, i saw a bumber sticker that says: "dont piss off bush, or he will bring democracy to us." arab countries are scared of bush right now because they know that when united states interfere, nothing is gonna stop them

I dont think you remember the two seperate attacks on the WTC. Or our embasseys and naval ships. Not to mention all of the other attacks perpetrated by Muslims around the world. Violence is the only thing they understand.

You have not been paying attention the news. The UN, meaning all members, have been after Iran to get with the program. It is not just President Bush who is trying to avoid nuclear proliferation. However they do it is OK with me.

Easy Answer... If we go to fight in Iran then we have to "redeploy" out of Iraq to fight a greater (non) threat...

That is how he hopes history sees him. Not as losing in Iraq and the rest of the middle east.
