i have really big testies...im 13 and they stick out of my pants...like i was at the gym and my testies were bigger then most of the men there. and my penis is 4 inches when soft... like? is there something wrong with me?

Hey mate;
There's nothing wrong with having big testicles. There could be 2 reasons for this:
1) Maybe you are an early developer when it comes to puberty. The testes will grow during that anyways.
2) Perhaps you have always had bigger testicles as a child but now after seeing other men's you are wondering in yourself.

With having a penis size of 4" flaccid (soft) anyways, it's most likely that you have been in puberty for a while anyways. So the enlarged testicles could be something to do with them.
Your normal anyways mate, theres nothing to worry about.

Hung like a mule, nothing to be ashamed of. You will likely grow into your balls----your balls and penis start growing early in puberty, a left over trait from when our lifespan was over usually by 25 or so, in order for you to mate and continue the species. Nothing wrong with you at all, just enjoy the envious looks you get, and don't be ashamed to let it all hang out and make the other guys jealous.
