One who specializes in civil litigation; specifically, an experienced trial attorney who's main area of practice is PI defense.

However, if this is a motor vehicle accident, your insurance carrier should be able to defend you, via the subrogation agreement.

Good luck

One who specializes in defending personal injury lawsuits. Check with insurance company claims adjusters in your area to find out who they use to defend cases. Or call the county bar association and ask for a referral.

You get another tort lawyer -- they will need to check if there is a conflict of interest. Focus on one who does a lot of defense work.
