A person who knows right from wrong, but chooses the path of less resistances.
Here are several qualifications to deem some one a loser:
1 You do drugs
2 You can not hold a steady job
3 Rather play video games all day
4 Friends consider you a slacker
5 You have no direction or no goals in life
6 Lack of focus or lies
7 Commits a crime
8 Has issues communicating or relating to others
9 Uncontrollable fits of rage
10 Has the mental capacity to change or better once life, but chooses not to.
This to me defiance the pettily of a looser; We only get one chance to do something meaningful with out lives. The people unselfishly who strive to better themselves or family and don’t justify for less, are people I consider, heroes within their own life.

This can easily turn into an essay but to be quick :)
To me a loser is one of two things... someone who is bored with themselves but chooses to be a cynic instead of getting up and doing the things they plan and talk about doing, or it can pretty much be anyone who fakes anything for other people.

A loser is some on who does not try... if you don't try to win than you lose...and that goes for different situations
when a guy is a jerk is is not trying to win you over which mean he loses
when some one is acting dumb...they are not trying to be smart...

Someone who sticks his finger in my face and tells me if he goes to prison it won't be for anything small. Also someone who tells my kids he can kill someone over the phone with stun guns. Also someone who tells my kids how to bury weapons in the ground so the government can't find them. Also someone who thinks there are fat, gay, black, Jewish government employees sitting behind computers messing with his cell phone.(his exact words). Also someone who does no work and gets free government money for pain pills because he supposedly has hepatitis C and then when he does get them he turns around and sells them for cash. Also somebody who is such a con artist to everybody but me makes his family hate my gutts because I refuse to allow myself or my children to be around him at family gatherings. And most of his family members for calling me names for not allowing myself or my kids to be around him. So what in my opinion defines a loser? My husband's half brother. He is now in prison and no it wasn't for anything small! He broke into a pharmacy and stole hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of drugs got high with all his loser friends and sold some. So now yes he is in prison! So yes HE is the loser in my book!!!! THAT MY DEAR IS THE DEFINITION OF LOSER!!!
