Here are the only 3 differences:

Ron Paul is anti-war.
Guiliani is pro- civil unions.
Romney is a Mormon.

Other than that, they are all identical in my eyes.

So why don't they have any diversity like the Dems?

Mike Huckabee is way different.
Did you watch the youtube CNN debates?

Apparently you didn't watch the CNN-YouTube Republican debate. I'll admit the "chosen ones" are staying pretty close together and tend to reflect Democratic positions, but Ron Paul is definitely a different kind of candidate with very different ideas. He's the guy who isn't afraid to say what we need in America and he's got a plan to make it happen.

And Paul isn't anti-war, he's anti-imperialism and believes every sovereign nation has the right to determine their own destiny. So in addition to leaving Iraq, he also wants to bring all the troops home from foreign bases including Germany, Japan and Bosnia.

They are not all alike. The neocons are all the same, but true Conservatives like Ron Paul are the real deal. You can also call Ron Paul a Constitutionalist.

*By the way, Hillary voted FOR the patriot act, and then again for its renewal. So 2 yes votes for the patriot act by hillary.

There is more to Ron Paul than that. He is the only one that stands out from all the other Republicans and Dems put together. Please read more on the issues. The Neo-Conservatives are just the other side of the coin. Them and Dems are the same. Ron Paul Libertarianism is truly outstanding. To generalize the issues like you have is ignorant of policy and the ideology behind it.

Happy Holidays!

Diversity like the democrats? All three frontrunners cannot commit to withdrawing troops out of Iraq by 2013, possibly even later, all are in favor of the Patriot Act, tax payer funded government run health care and overall higher taxes.. I still don't understand what the distinctions between Senator Clinton and Senator Obama are..

There is diversity among the republicans especially Congressman Ron Paul.. he doesn't support an amendment banning gay marriages or the Patriot Act, and unlike many of his colleagues he wants to reduce government spending to pay off the national debt taking the burden of taxpayers

EDIT: I'm lying? do you even know what your candidates stand for?

YES on reauthorizing the PATRIOT Act-- source www.ontheissues.org, for both Senator Clinton and Senator Obama

To me all DEMS are alike, no political diversity at all.

They are all disconnected from reality, they are all unpatriotic, they all want to keep going with the 'Mexican invasion'

If you think the only difference between Ron Paul and the other Republicans is his non-interventionist stance then you need to do your homework.

Or you can go back to moveon.org so they can tell you what you think some more.

WOW I would get a much better knowledge of my own candidates before you start ripping on the competition.

You have just proven that you know less that anyone on Yahoo answers.

Yeah, the Dems are very diverse. You have leftwingers, liberals, extreme liberals, socialists, and communists. That's diversity.

Vote for Rudy!

I know what you mean. They are like clones. You could throw them all in a burlap bag and it wouldn't matter which one fell out. The most different Republican would be Ron Paul and he is really not a Republican, but a Libertarian. I have no idea why he's running on the Republican ticket.

I differ with you on two counts. The Republicans are not identical. They all look slightly different.
The Democrats are all socialists. Their only differences are that they do not look alike.
