Maybe trying to find out what you can do first, then see what the current record for the one thing you are good at, then try to see if you can break it such as eating so many egg rolls within an hour, or having the longest pony tail - it can be anything, but it all depends onto what you can do.

Write to Guiness Book of World Records and ask how to go about it. They have specific requirements for each category.
